In all my classes my main goal is to create an exciting learning environment where students can develop an interest in the Spanish language and culture. During our classes students will participate in a variety of listening and speaking activities through games and songs. We will discuss important Hispanic holidays and have fun celebrating them as well.

As the technology and literacy teacher, I aim to provide equitable access for all students and staff to technological resources as well as to create a community in which reading, writing, speaking, listening, and thinking serve as the foundation for life-long learning. My goal is to promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills that are required for students to become lifelong learners and Christ-like citizens.

The primary focus of the Physical Education program at St. Ann School is to develop and enhance the student's physical activity and fitness through a variety of age appropriate games and activities. Teamwork, social skills, problem solving and sportsmanship are the goal of each activity.

PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT

As a school counselor, I believe that every student, regardless of their intellectual or physical ability, should be given a fair opportunity to achieve in a learning environment that emulates respect and a caring community. I will personally strive to assist students to meet their fullest potential academically, emotionally and socially by providing a safe and supporting environment. In order to be successful, a cooperative effort of counselors, teachers, administrators, support staff, parents and the community is necessary.
