Earlier this week, our Early Childhood Program, PreK3, PreK4, and Kindergarten received designation as an Early Childhood Program of Distinction through Middle States. This recognizes the Program's dedication to early childhood education through a rich, child-centered philosophy and best practices focusing an exploration, questioning, creativity and social-emotional development as well as literacy and numeracy. We are the first school in the nation to receive this honor! Congratulations to Mrs. Stella-Carlton, Mrs. Bradford, Mrs. Mills, Mrs. Tsaldaris, Mrs. Albensi "Miss C", and Mrs. Stewart and all of the support staff to their program. The 2 year application process was extensive. We could not be prouder of these ladies and what they do for our youngest students and their families.
According to the MSA-CESS president, " St Ann School is offering exceptional education for the youngest children in its school, and we are honored to be able to formally recognize school leaders and teachers for their commitment to early childhood education."
